Dr. Louis Gotthelf and his wife, Penny, have been in the residential real estate rental business since 1984. Their goal is to offer well kept houses for rent at reasonable rates in nice neighborhoods to provide homes to families.
Dr. Gotthelf is a veterinarian and owns the Animal Hospital of Montgomery on Atlanta Highway, which is also the location for the offices of Professional Property Management, LLC. Penny has degrees in Nursing and Early Childhood Education. Both of them are in the helping people business. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Starting with their first house in Spring Valley in 1984, Professional Property Management, LLC, has rented and sold homes to their happy tenants for 27 years. Many of the houses for rent are available on a Rent to Own Option to help people achieve their American Dream of home ownership.
