Rental Application Procedure
1. Download or Print out a rental application and fill it out completely.
2. Bring it or mail it to our office at 4055 Nash Creek Drive, Opelika, AL 36804 with one month's rent to be used as a refundable property
damage deposit. No application will be considered without this
deposit.
We also need a check for $25.00 for a non-refundable
Tenant Screening Fee.
3. It usually takes 3 business days to check your application. Here is
what we will need for you to qualify.
a. We check to make sure that you have at least 4 times the rent as monthly
gross family income (before taxes). You need to provide proof of any
retirement payments, child support, or Social Security payments.
b. We check your employer(s) to verify your employment status. Please provide proof of employment (W-2 form, Schedule C if self employed, or an income statement from your employer with monthly income). We need this from each person on the lease.
c. We check with your previous landlord to make sure that you paid your rent
on time and that you took care of their property. Please provide a recent
phone number for your current landlord
4. You will be notified within 3 business days when you are
approved. If not, then your security deposit will be completely
refunded.
